چکیده
Hyperspectral data are commonly used for the fast and inexpensive quantification of plant constituent estimation quality control as well in research development applications. Based on chemical analysis, different models dihydroisocoumarins (DHCs), namely hydrangenol (HG) phyllodulcin (PD), were built using a partial least squares regression (PLSR). While HG is common Hydrangea macrophylla, PD only occurs cultivars macrophylla subsp. serrata, also known ‘tea-hortensia’. content varies significantly over course growing period. For maximizing yield, targeted needed. Nowadays, DHC contents determined via UPLC, time-consuming destructive method. In this article we investigated PLSR-based three spectrometers. Two separate trials conducted to test model quality. Measurement conditions, fresh or dried leaves black white background, did not influence highly accurate modeling single plants was possible, determination mean larger scale successful. The results study show that hyperspectral decision support farmers feasible provides field scale.

Two new cyanogenic glucosides from the leaves of Hydrangea macrophylla.
Chemical investigation of the ethanol extract of the aerial parts of Hydrangea macrophylla collected in the Sichuan Province of China resulted in the isolation of two new cyanogenic glucosides. Their structures were elucidated as [(2R)-2-β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-2-(3,4-dimethoxy-phenyl)] acetonitrile (1) and {(2R)-2-[α-D-glucopyranosyl(1-->6)β-D-glucopyranosyloxy]-2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxy-phenyl)}a...
متن کاملIn Vitro Germination and Dormancy Responses of Hydrangea macrophylla and Hydrangea paniculata Seeds to Ethyl Methane Sulfonate and Cold Treatment
To determine the optimal conditions for mutagenesis of Hydrangea macrophylla (Thunb.) Ser. and Hydrangea paniculata Siebold, cold-treated and untreated seed from representative cultivars were exposed to 0.5%, 2.5%, and 5.0% ethyl methane sulfonate (EMS). Most untreated H. macrophylla seed exposed to 2.5% and 5.0% EMS had substantially lower germination percentages. H. paniculata seed germinatio...
متن کاملIdentification of aluminum species in an aluminum-accumulating plant, hydrangea (Hydrangea macrophylla), by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry.
The use of electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) in negative ion mode was investigated as a direct probe for identifying Al species in Al-accumulating hydrangea (Hydrangea macrophylla) samples. Cell sap solutions of hydrangea leaves were purified using Sephadex G-10 liquid chromatography and each fraction was analyzed using ESI-MS and ESI-MS/MS to identify Al species. In hydrangea ...
متن کاملTDDFT-calculations of Vis/NIR absorbing compounds
To examine the strengths and limitations of the time-dependent density functional theory in calculating the absorption wavelengths of dye, 130, non-radical, radical and biradical coloured organic compounds, including perylenimide, porphyrin, azobenzene, quinone, croconaine, squaraine and push–pull-type colorants, were randomly selected. The first intense electronic transitions were satisfactori...
متن کاملPear quality characteristics by Vis / NIR spectroscopy.
Recently, non-destructive techniques such as the Vis / NIR spectroscopy have been used to evaluate the characteristics of maturation and quality of pears. The study aims to validate the readings by the Vis / NIR spectroscopy as a non-destructive way to assess the qualitative characteristics of pear cultivars 'Williams', 'Packams' and 'Carrick', produced according to Brazilian conditions. The ex...
